Mazomanie and Black Earth Elementary Schools have accepted the challenge of helping to find a cure for Blood Cancers! We are joining over 27,000 schools across the nation to make a difference in the lives of Blood Cancer patients. Leukemia is the most common cancer in children, adolescents, and young adults under the age of 20.
Starting February 4th, 2019, our schools will be working to reach a goal of $2,200. A letter and collection box will be coming home in your student’s backpack talking about Pennies for Patients, along with instructions for setting up their own online giving page. Our students are tasked with completing six missions on their two week journey to help find a cure for Blood Cancers in honor of local students and current patients.
